GROUND FLOOR
Upon entering the house you will find the seating area with 2 sofas, FreeSat TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix etc.
Open Plan Dining area with oak table comfortably seating 8 + highchair and harness
Kitchen including integrated fridge, separate freezer, microwave, fan assisted Smeg oven, Smeg 5 ceramic hobs and full size dishwasher .
Fully equipped with all you need to cook and feed 8 people
French doors lead to an outdoor deck with large gas barbecue, table and chairs
Cloakroom and utility room with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR
The master suite is to the front with Plantation Shutters, original artwork, King size bed and dressing area with large full length mirror.
From the dressing area you enter the en suite shower room.
Also on the first floor is the guest bedroom with a King size bed.
Next to the guest bedroom is the family bathroom with a large bath and stand over bath or hand held shower, plenty of fluffy towels and space to sort out the children after a sandy day out!
The second floor has another large bedroom presented as a twin but capable of becoming a double.
Lastly the twin bedded porthole room with it's feature round window and velux.
There is also a separate cloakroom on the second floor.
